When I called your office to begin the arrangements for mom's service, I didn't know where to start, but in that phone call, you led me to your David Hunter, and I can't thank you enough for that. David was a gift to me, my family, and to honoring mom's life and memory. His compassion, comforting words and manner, guidance, suggestions and attention to making sure that our wishes were fulfilled, everything he did and said allowed us the time to mourn mom's passing without having to worry about the details of the service. Dear Larry and staff,
The loss of a loved one is very emotional. When it was time to do arrangements the staff was so accommodating to our families needs. They took their time and made everything comforting at the time of grieving. I would like to say Thank you for all your hard work. The service was beautiful. Larry went above and beyond to full fill some wishes that our family will never forget.

Our loved one had passed away out of state, so we had to work very closely with Silva Funeral Home to coordinate the viewing as well as the church and burial services. Not knowing what to expect we were extremely pleased with the prompt, personal services provided by the Silva Team. Larry Quintal the Funeral Director was accommodating and helpful while making sure we were involved every step of the way.

Larry also took the time to speak with all those attending the funeral services adding his thoughtful comments personal sympathies to all the friends & relatives. We cannot thank Larry enough for his comments which were appreciated and very well received by everyone.

Dear Larry, I just wanted to reach out and thank you and your staff for your care and compassion during the recent loss of my Godmother Maria Carreiro. During this very difficult and sorrowful time it was not only helpful but reassuring to have you help guide me through this overwhelming process. As I reached in the back seat to remove my mother’s cane the third man Larry immediately came over and very professionally took charge. He politely asked if we would prefer to use the elevator. He graciously informed us that since we were attending the church service and cemetery he would have us follow him in the lead car so my mother would not have a far walk. I could not believe we were being treated so kindly. I thanked him and he assisted us to the elevator and up to the main floor.
Throughout the remainder of the services he could not have been more accommodating and kind. All of the gentleman spent a great deal of time making sure we were comfortable and informed us each step of the way.
As we arrived at the cemetery Larry brought a chair over for my mother while another gentleman opened an umbrella for her to use as shade. At the end of the service Larry came to my mother and handed her a white rose. A small gesture that meant so very much to her. She had a little something to hold on to as she said her final goodbyes.
I cannot tell you how grateful I am for the very kind, attentive and professional way we were treated. On a day that was very difficult for my mother, there men were so wonderful that it truly seemed to ease her woes.
Your staff is truly wonderful. Please let Larry and the others know how grateful I am for their kindness.
